Celebrate Recovery is a Christ-centered recovery program for all kinds of addiction issues. Yesterday, I went to my fourth or fifth meeting in about four years. I remember the first couple times I went; I thought that it was the dumbest thing and a complete waste of my time. However, I now believe that I simply was not ready then to deal with my issue. Now I am. Even though I had many of the same issues and previous thoughts, I was able to overcome them, actually participate, and talk openly to a group of strangers.
