Research shows that during ejaculation, men release a cocktail of brain chemicals, including norepinephrine, serotonin, oxytocin, vasopressin, nitric oxide (NO), and the hormone prolactin. According to the Complete Book of Men’s Health, “During orgasm, a number of brain chemicals are released: prolactin hormone, phenylethylamine (also found in chocolate) and endorphin.
