Personally I have someone who is my "confessor," my mentor that I bear my soul with and talk about all the nitty gritty of sin and temptations. My wife is not that person, especially when it comes to lust. However, I make it my aim to inform my wife of those confessing conversations with my mentor so that she has a general knowledge of what is going on and can trust that I am working through any struggles with a trusted older man.
